An exquisite restaurant in the heart of Sofia, located inside the InterContinental Sofia hotel, on the iconic yellow cobblestones and close to the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. ADOR offers a contemporary culinary journey with a menu influenced by Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine. The main highlights are seasonal vegetables, seafood, whole fish, and steaks prepared on the unique Josper wood-fired grill.

ADOR hosts special events with guest chefs from around the world who present different culinary concepts.
