Office Park Plovdiv is turning into one of the most preferred office buildings in Plovdiv that combines modern architecture, functionality and comfort of the working environment. Office Park Plovdiv is an “A” Class building possessing all the required characteristics of a modern office, i.e. a communicative location, flexible opportunities for creating functional spaces, natural light, pleasant surroundings, and a parking. It is comprised of two identical adjacent buildings, the first of which was completed in 2016, while the second one is to be completed in 2020. The total built-up area of the project is 19 352 square meters. The eight levels of the buildings include an underground parking, ground floor, and six office floors. Phase 2 will provide the opportunity for having an office of up to 2 220 square meters per one floor. The bigger floor area is a demand of the tenants allowing to apply concepts for comfort and entertainment in the workplace.

All this is consistent mainly with the young professionals who have high demands on the work environment. In the project’s Phase 2 the investor plans a special recreation zone where the tenants of the top floor will be able to enjoy the green area on the building’s roof.

For all its advantages, including high technology and the use of the most modern and sustainable materials in the project, Office Park Plovdiv won a special award in the category "Public buildings for business purposes" in the competition "Building of the Year" 2016.
Galaxy Investment Group is developing the area around the building, as Office Park Plovdiv Project was launched after a complete underground infrastructure, new streets, alleys, playgrounds and green landscapes had been built on a 150-decare site, making the area the most preferred location of Plovdiv.
